Re Inspection Icon

During a Re-Inspection, we revisit a home that we’ve inspected previously and pay special attention to how the requested repairs were handled. We check to make sure that all requests were addressed properly and that buyer and seller are still on the same page.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Sellers who want to address issues in the home before potential buyers find them should schedule a Pre-Listing Inspection. We will perform a thorough inspection of the home prior to listing so that the seller can make repairs before issues are discovered by the buyer’s inspector. Having a Pre-Listing Inspection performed can also help the seller come to a more accurate listing price, reduce issues with negotiations and eliminate conditional offers, often helping the home to sell more quickly and meet its asking price.

Maintenance Home Inspection

Maintenance/Pre-Renovation Inspections

We offer inspections and consultations for home owners wishing to renovate their properties or who are debating whether to renovate or to buy a new home altogether. We will inspect the home for issues that owners should be aware of before moving forward with their projects and offer our professional advice on budget estimates, necessary repairs and upgrades, and the best types of contractors for the job.

Thermal Imaging

We use a state-of-the-art thermal imaging camera as needed during our home inspections to offer customers additional peace of mind. The infrared camera picks up areas of heat loss within the home’s structures that can’t be seen with the naked eye and helps us find hidden moisture intrusion and damage.

Moisture Meter Inspection

Moisture Meter

A Moisture Meter is used during our inspections to measure the levels of moisture within different areas of the home. Areas with unusually high moisture levels could be susceptible to mold growth and are important to identify.
